JellyDroid is Best Custom ROM for Alcatel 918 N/M/ (IDEA 3G ID 918) (2.3.6). I t has already 2 version but here is whole new Version 3 with new features & odex system means more stability.

Before Installing this rom make sure you have latest clockworkmod recovery installed.

New Features of JellyDroid Version 3 :-

~System Stability Features .:

• Odex system means more faster system & less Ram usage
• fast boot & auto zipalign for every reboot
• 50% supercharged (You can manually supercharge via a script given in SD card, after installing rom)
• New Chainfire SuperUser App & SU Binary
• New Busy Box added
• Swap Supported
• ext2, ext3, ext4 support

~Status Bar Tweaks .:

• You can change color of Clock & can change AM/PM styles using EDT Tweak app
• Add text in Status bar as shown in screenshot below  
• You can change Battery Icon from 14 different pattern as shown in screenshot

~ Other Features .:

• Added some useful Apps & removed some Apps
• You can use Jellydroid Version 1 's Boot Animations
• All Previous Bug Fixed

How to Install JellyDroid V. 3 ? :-

1. Download & Place Jellydroid_v3_odex_by_mark.zip rom in your SD Card

2.  Make sure you have latest clockworkmod Recovery (Given Here)

3. Go to Recovery Mode. Install Zip From SD > choose "Jellydroid_v3_odex_by_mark.zip" & Yes.

4. Wait for the installation process finished.
